Outpatient, inpatient or emergency
-
Outpatient operations
An outpatient operation does not require an overnight hospital stay. You go home the same day, either straight away or a few hours after the procedure. We perform them in our Fribourg centre or at Alpenblick Clinic.
-
Inpatient operations
An inpatient operation involves one or more nights in hospital. These procedures take place at Alpenblick Clinic in Fribourg or Seeblick Clinic in Bern.
-
Emergencies
An emergency admission to Alpenblick Clinic can be arranged through direct contact between your GP and us. Minor outpatient emergencies are treated in our operating theatre. In a life-threatening emergency, please call 144.
